My Journey

I was going to start this post by saying that I have decided to embark on a journey, then realized I have been on this journey since the age of 7, an athlete and will be an athlete for life. Curtiss introduced me to 1st Phorm and said you should follow this company. I took a look at them and we ordered some of their products, and I have to say that this is one company that I can stand behind.

From being a competitive swimmer for 17 year, training in the gym since I was 12, hitting the stage as a bikini and figure competitor in 2014-2015, to now entering the work of powerlifting at the age of 45. I am and will always be an athlete for life. I love working with youth and teaching them to be athletic, to be able to achieve things, to be able to stand up and say I did it.

So with this I have made the decision to register to become a 1st Phorm athlete. Watching this video explains my life values and how I feel about training as an athlete, working as an engineer and project manager, how I raise my girls, and how I coach my athletes.
