1-on-1 Swim Strength Dryland Session – 45 Minutes

This 45-minute session is held in my fully equipped home gym in the west end of Ottawa and tailored to your swimmer’s unique needs and goals. Whether they're looking to improve strength, mobility, coordination, or body control, this 1-on-1 training provides focused attention and swim-specific dryland work designed to transfer directly to the pool.

Each session includes:
